We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, or where you have given us authorization to do so. We may enter into contractual agreements with non-affiliated third parties that prohibit such third parties from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we disclose the information.

Protecting Confidentiality of Current and Former Client’s Information

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law, including computer safeguards, secured files and building.

Personally identifiable information about you will be maintained during the time you are a client and for the required time thereafter that such records are required to be maintained by Federal and State securities laws. All such information will be destroyed after this required period of record retention.
